The use of subtle foil blocking and black ink worked very well. Added together with strong typography it gave this brochure graphic design super success!
The Capital is one of Liverpool’s most extensive office developments. I felt that this fantastic space needed a large format brochure design.
In the end I created the brochure with metallic inks and stunning photography. I would say it completed the story of business meeting leisure.
As the former Royal Insurance headquarters this building is now home to the UK Border Agency. This was one space that needed a very special marketing brochure.
