Brochure designer hits the spot on Piccadilly Gate
Prime office space investment brochure
As a brochure designer, over the years I have created many investment marketing brochures for the property sector.
This one promotes the prime office space available in Piccadilly Gate, Manchester.
The site used to be called Rail House and after an extensive refurbishment rebranded as Piccadilly Gate.
As their brochure designer, I went with spot use of metallic blue throughout this large format brochure as well as bespoke maps and infographics.
The building is currently fully let to Government departments, including Highways England.
